Instant Pot Strawberry Cheesecake

For the cheesecake:

  • Chopped strawberries for decoration
  • Whipped cream for decoration
  • 16 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of white suga
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. of white flour
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt

For the crust:

  • Cooking spray for pan
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 3 tbsp. of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers


1 Coat 6” instant pot with a thin layer of cooking spray.

2.Take a medium bowl and combine
crackers with butter that is melted and
salt.Mix until you get a sandy mixture.

3.Spread mixture over the pan and put it
to freeze for 20 minutes.

4.In a bigger bowl beat cream cheese.
sugar sour cream and flour.(Use a hand mix

5.Add salt, vanilla, eggs (one at time) and mix well.

6.Add 2 cups of water into Instant Pot and place a trivet in the bottom. Make a long “sling” out of the 18″ piece of foil folded into thirds; lower it into the instant pot.

7.Lock the lid and select High Pressure. Set timer for 40 minutes.

8.Allow instant pot to release naturally, remove the cheesecake.

9. Let it cool and enjoy!
