Salmon Furikake

This dish is quick and easy and serves like a gourmet dinner. Delicious!!!!


  • Slab of salmon
  • Bottle of furikake (crushed seawood from the asian store)
  • 1 1/2 cup of Yoshida sauce
  • Wasabe to taste


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Generously sprinkle furikake to cover salmon
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Heat Yoshida sauce and pour over salmon
  • Mix wasabe and mayo in a ziploc bag
  • Poke a hole in a corner and drizzle over salmon
